We inspire girls in 6th-8th grade to be joyful, healthy and confident
using a fun, experience-based curriculum, which creatively integrates
running and ends in a 5K. Scholarships are readily available!
10-week program for middle school girls, meets twice a week. It
challenges and encourages the girls, whatever their fitness level, with
warm-ups, running workouts and games to teach important life skills.
The sessions focus on life lessons in areas like as health, respect, gratitude, team work and community.
