How do I schedule a residential safety inspection?
Only the property owner or owner’s designee can obtain an application for a Residential Safety inspection at the Building Inspections Office. A designee may be anyone over 18 that is not the tenant.

The property must have no outstanding fees, liens or other amounts due to the Town prior to the Residential Safety Inspection. This includes but is not limited to outstanding utilities bills or fees for code violations.
