Dual Anniversay Party
The Friends and the Library are having a dual anniversary party on Sunday, October 12th from 2pm-4pm. It is also a dedication in memory of past president and long time Friends member and library supporter Adelle Bell. Key-note speaker Red River historian Robin Cole Jett will present Bonnie and Clyde. Other activities include volunteer presentations, door prizes, and of course refreshments. If you like the Dallas Cowboys, the game will be televised in the library thanks to Brion Enterprises, Inc. one of the largest commercial Direct TV dealers in the country. We hope your family and friends come to party with our family and Friends as we celebrate the last ten years and kick off the next ten.
Dare to be Scared...
See how a meek, mild, library by day turns into a spooky, scary reading asylum by night. Come experience the Haunted library on Saturday, October 18th from 7pm-9pm. Dare to be scared. The haunted library is not for the faint at heart. Admission is $10 per person and the money is being raised by the Teen Advisory Board for the new library. The haunt is inside Little Elm Town Hall located at 100 W. Eldorado Parkway. For more information call 214-975-0430.
