Overview
The Town of Little Elm prepared a Parks, Recreation and Open Space Master Plan to guide development of the park system through the year 2015.

The Parks Master Plan was prepared with community input and review, achieved by using mail out questionnaires and public forums.  This input, combined with an inventory of existing park facilities, undeveloped parkland and an analysis of recreation trends formed the basis for goals that guided the master plan.

The citizens’ input and the Town of Little Elm’s planning goals identified these as the highest priority recreational facilities.
