All parties signing the documents getting notarized must have a valid US government ID. If your ID does not have a current address, you may provide a bill, piece of mail, or lease with the new address.
If a copy of a document needs to be notarized, you must have the original document on hand for comparison and verification.
If witnesses are needed, you must provide them yourself. The Library will not provide witnesses. Witnesses must have a valid US government ID.
