Summer Reading Program

Each week, read 20 minutes per day and receive a ticket to enter for a prize!

Little Elm Public Library's Summer Reading Program is open to participants of all ages. Parents and caregivers can count the time spent reading to children on their log. Groups and families can sign up and count the time spent reading together on their log. To receive individual prizes, time spent reading must be logged for each individual.

What counts toward my summer reading log?

  • Books
  • E-books
  • Magazines
  • Comics
  • Graphic novels
  • Listening to audiobooks

Stop by the library to get your reading log or download it.

After completing the Summer Reading Program by logging your time spent reading, stop by the Library to pick up your tickets and submit them for prize drawings. Prize drawings will take place Sunday, July 30, and winners will be notified by phone or email.

Final date to log summer reading hours: July 29
