    *The Town of Little Elm is not able to accept more than $20 in coin or over $100 in $1 bills for payments. The Town of Little Elm does not have money counters to count and verify any amounts of coin larger than the $20 or $1 bills accounting for more than $100. Any customers with amounts larger than $20 in coins or $100 in $1 bills will need to take the currency to their bank and exchange for a paper currency, money order, or cashier’s check. 

    Convenience Fee

    All transactions made by credit cards in person, on the phone, or online will be charged at 3 percent convenience fee up to $3.

    Paying In Full

    A plea of no contest or guilty must be entered and will result in a conviction for the offense.

    Payment can be submitted at the clerk’s window or through the mail by either check or money order

    Warrants are to be paid with either cash, either cash, credit card, debit card, or money order. Checks are not accepted.
